Customized orders takes time usual than more. Service was ok. They have limited staff for customized orders due to which more delays for delivery. They deliver at you spot and do all fitting and cleaning of the furnitures. Varities of furniture items available here.
I've order the cupboard on month of April 25 owner said it will take 20-25 days time I'll give him 30days of time period bcz i want don't want any mistake, After 20 days I just called him to check the status of cupboard and I'm surprised he don't remember about my order after my call he started work again post more 10days I visit to shop to delivery but he maid totally wrong cupboard so many mistakes next day I meet his manufacturer and we discussed about mistake manufacturer said little mistake are there kindly adjust how can we adjust after 1.5 already we are waiting, manufacturer agree to give changes again he said 15 days I'm given 20 days but again he failed to commit and still I've not received full cupboard 1 part still pending also they I've maid mistake and still I'm fighting for last part of cupboard delivery I'm requesting pls don't buy furniture from om woods
My experience of dealing with Om Woods/Dhiraj:
Delays in product delivery for custom made wordrobe
Wood and Laminate quality not good
Finishing of the product is also not good
Hinges came out within few months
No after sales servicing even after several follow ups with the owner
They've give only one reason for delays in delivery and not giving after sales service: labour is not available, labour cost has increased, labour has gone to their native place...
The worst shop and the worst experience ever. Both the brothers talk veryyyy sweetly before you give them the order, later they will show their real fangs. They use very low quality materials, their labour won't show at your site and they delay work, they don't follow their own commitments. Absolutely zero manners and no respect for customers. They delay work but ask for money without hesitation. Bilkul Besharam hai. Please don't give them any work. Big time regret.
Never buy it.first they take advance and promise a date to deliver. Next thing you know you are constantly chasing. I recieved my order almost after 1 month when it was promised to be delivered in 5 - 7 days. WORST is yet to come. Then provided the furniture with some wierd smell. Which we thought will go away in few days. It's been 3 months now. I can not keep anything inside the cabinets. The smell is poisonous.
