Pathetic service.
I have purchased 40 office chairs for my Pune office in the month of October and they have delivered the poor quality. On complaining of the issues that we are facing, they are giving commitment every other day that they will repair or change the same but now its been more than 5 months there is no response from them. Every time they have some or the other excuses like there is no person available or vehicle not available etc etc, (in between they included demonetisation reason as part of their excuse). I am chasing with them like hell. Please avoid this vendor if possible, not professional at all.
