Worst experience with the e2go Graphene variant. Within 2 years , controller stopped working and also battery having issue. Also Almost all service stations are closed now in Gujarat. I tried to connect with the customer care but they are also not responding.

Worst Experience with Odessey Bikes
The problem is the Odessey bike itself – absolute third-class quality.
I purchased it for under ₹2 lakhs, and since then I have already spent more than the same amount of ₹2 lakh extra just to keep it running. That’s how unreliable this so-called “electric bike” is.
The biggest issue – during rains it simply shuts down without warning. Imagine being stranded in the middle of the road, then having to lift this heavy elephant of a bike, put it on a porter, and send it back to the dealer because no normal mechanic will even touch it. Unlike petrol bikes, these cannot be repaired anywhere in the market.
Bottom line – you cannot depend on such a bike. One day it will backfire, and if you rely on it for work or business, your entire day or livelihood can come to a standstill.
My honest advice: Do not waste your money on Odessey bikes. They are unreliable, unworthy, and a complete headache to maintain.
Bike's are so good and dealer is so much humble. As they provide me the details of their display bikes, I am fully satisfied. He had suggested me the electric scooter as per my use and I am really happy with this and I buy this. I really recommend this dealer.
I' ve been waiting for quite a long time to own an electric vehicle. Odysse has stood up to my expectations. The bike is superb when it comes to looks & features. The best part was the customer service. This guy Santosh Das was fantastic during pre & post sales. Their after sales service os also good. Would recommend whoever wishes to buy electric vehicle, please go for Odysse Electric Vehicles
