Went in for a haircut and unfortunately the result wasn’t done properly. The hair was left at uneven lengths, which I only noticed once I got home. It was quite disappointing, as I expected a more careful and consistent finish.
On top of that, the prices felt quite high for the level of service provided, and the overall experience came across as less skilled than expected.
I’d recommend taking extra time to check the cut before leaving, as it wasn’t picked up during the appointment. Hoping the team can improve attention to detail and quality going forward.
