I was very pleased with the efficient service I received from Vikrant. The appointment was handled promptly and with great care. My car was returned to me in excellent condition and on schedule. They upsell like crazy.
I have a 2022 Balena which has done very close to 25000k, in 4 years. That's not even 10k a year.
From the time i dropped the car for service, I felt that the quote of INR 14k for a routine service sounded fishy. But what do I know, right?
I picked my car yesterday and on the bill, I saw the following rubbish expenses:
- The labor charge was 8000 bucks!!! What? Was a super model working on servicing my car? When questioned, I was told, "this is normal. You should CHECK the amount of work done in the car."
I CAME HOME AND I CHECKED IT!
1. Throttle Body Cleaning (TWICE!)
- ₹380 + ₹666
I've been charged twice under different names.
2. Evaporator Cleaning – ₹477
Not needed unless:
- AC smell issue or Cooling problem.
I complained of none of the above.
This is a classic upsell
3. Diagnostic Charges – ₹980
This was a routine service. I shouldn't have been charged for this unless I pointed out an issue which I did not.
4. Side Slip & Brake Tester – ₹1,250
Brake testing is a part of standard inspection. Why am I charged seperately?
5. Water in Fuel Sensor – ₹1,690
Next time, I am gonna ask him to show me proof that there was water in my fuel sensor. I had no such issue or reported no such issue
I don't see any reason for my bill to be more than 6 - 8k.
All I asked was for a normal annual service.
Very Poor Service, my new car got dent @1st Service, again second dent @2Service. Came to know abt 2nd dent, only after given them a surprise visit.

Excellent service. I would say that staff guides you kn services u should buy and doesn't force you. Explains the benefits without pushing you. Like in Mumbai, anti rusting is a must do. Staff just explained the benefits without pushing. Commitment towards punctuality was another thing that i like about them. Well behaved executives, attentive staff and hassle free experience. All in all satisfied
