Poor service by the agency. False promises.
Untrained care taker provided for my new born baby.
Sending someone doesn't fulfill the purpose. Important is how efficient is the person. Your 15 yrs experience person, who is working as a security guard at our complex now, was asking me to give water to new born, was sleeping carrying my baby in lap and was handling roughly a new born. I asked her to leave in 3 days not after 15 days.
To handle new born it requires training and patience. Sending unprofessional person doesn't solve the problem.
