Great place to work with new name Netcore Private Limited
incompetent tech support. Zero understating of system. Spent whole week for 1 hour task.
We tried to coordinate with the team from the last 16 to 17 days but there is no proper solution regarding our DLT registration issue. After several follow up team came up with the solution that our DLT is already registered and you can check it internally. They are not having proper other solutions in this case. No proper service by Swapnil, pooja, Minakshi. Because of your company our customers are getting affected worse company to deal with.
Please don't use netcore solution pvt. ltd. mass mailing service. I try to get my refund amount 35k of from last 1.5 year, of my unused mail subscription, after suspend my account due to 10% bounce back.
Before buying this services i am already inform, my mail database is 2 to 2.5 year old.
These guys are very unprofessional.
