These Brokerage agency are utter fraud..5 people calling from different numbers nd litterly forcing to open insurance with them. Every other person claims they are from TATA motors. When i caught them with caller ids they started disturbing both car owner and me over chat sms and calls. Now today someone acting smart and saying paisa dei do sir..and laughing.. DONO open insurance with this companies. Blocked all 6 numbers and now call coming from other scam numbers
I had decided to get ICICILOMBARD insurance for my car n talked to Ms.Shobha Jadhav about it. I paid the premium amount on 11th Nov but unfortunately due to change in discount strategy on same day..it couldn't be completed. Ms. Shobha politely explained everything n even after me not taking insurance from Lombard.. she assured that she will personally follow the refund procedure. So did she, and because of her continuous efforts, finally I got my money back. Kudos to her and I will definitely buy next year's car insurance from Icicilombard because of her...!
