Actually your company call me for joining on urgent basis I came Mumbai by flight on my own expenses
Then mam take my passport and cdc and send me for medical in globus medical andheri.
There is come to know that I have a 2 mm kidney stone in sonography.
After medical i ask office to give my cdc and passport to me if the can not give me job at the moment because it's not easy to stay in Mumbai and and wait for a long time to become fit After treatment..
Then I know the reality of NauticFleet and the rudly behavior of the staff..
They ask me to pay the medical text cost at same time then they only give my cdc passport.
I want to ask DG shipping do you have authority to hold a seafarer documents like this way.
I paid the medical cost and get my cdc passport back from office.
Its my real experience about NauticFleet..
The company can not give the medical fees
How possible go give upto 2 lakh medical insurance for family ...
This feel like a lollipop 🍭 from the manning agencies giving before joining to seafarers...
