I recently visited this spa with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience did not match the price charged. The service quality was average, and the overall experience felt rushed rather than relaxing. Hygiene and ambience were acceptable, but not at the level expected for the amount paid.
The treatment did not feel professional enough to justify the cost, and overall it did not provide value for money. I hope the management improves service quality, therapist professionalism, and customer experience in the future.
Amazing experience. It was calm soothing and relaxing just what I was looking for.
Worst experience ever I don't want to give one star it's zero what I want to give waste of money
Hot shower bath just with cold water
Staff was yawing during giving massage and just moving her hand without any pressure

Totally love the vibe the team and how natural everything feels like they just want you to relax
Horrendous place with the most pathetic, rude and ignorant Manager. We had opted for a medium pressure swedish massage but the masseuse is completely unaware and randomly starts just rubbing oil and when we told them what were they doing they said you have a normal thai massage.. there was a cost difference to both and the manager had different anger issues not ready to take any feedback and the masseuse were bad very bad.. I would say the place is not a normal spa place for Mumbai and the website is a gimmick.. wasted our time more than the money..
We had a couples massage which was decent.
But there was also a peeping hole in the wall?!
Overall we didn’t feel safe and I think the 5 stars review are not accurate
