Trasport system is ok , but I maximum over charge experience evertime without expectations, I pay ₹ 430 from chandigarh to wadi nagpur than गडचिरोली 1318 km +190 km , one box weight actual weight not more than 13 kg, they mentioned 50 ( what ), they charge from nagpur to गडचिरोली carting ₹200 + hamli ₹ 20+ बाबू ₹ 100 , I talk with respected person they reply unexpected answers

Very bad service.. Used New Golden Transport to send an important parcel from Mumbai to Khargone Madhya Pradesh via Indore.
Parcel reached very late.. When I had asked, requested and they had confirmed timely delivery.
Parcel was damaged in transit..😢😒🙄😬
