My choize Mumbai, needs to improve on pick up drop policy like the one available with their rival company like revv etc (that is anywhere pick up drop in mumbai and thane) as the driver refused to drop the vehicle even 1 km from viviana mall ( customer is ready to pay more for pick up drop but it needs to be hassle free experience), and on fuel refund policy like the one available with revv and need to improve on vehicle maintenance as the vehicle was not clean from inside at the time of delivery to the customer. Also the vehicle was not having wheel cap, they should thoroughly check there vehicle before delivery, as these things affects customer experience and my choize brand image. If they improve on above mentioned things (pickup drop 24*7 anywhere Mumbai thane, fuel refund policy, vehicle maintenance) then they will be unbeatable in the market.
Booked on short notice. Suraj dropped and picked our car from our doorstep in Mumbai. Good clean car. Great customer service. Will recommend.
The car was fine overall. But had an issue with 1 tyre which probably was punctured. I had to fill air every 12 hrs in it. I had asked the delivery person if the tyre pressures were checked and he said yes. The other tyre also had a pressure of 23 PSI
Great experience provided by Mumbai team of MyChoize. Pickup was available on time outside arrivals at the airport, coordinated to perfection. Ratan handed over the car, did all the formalities and the same was picked up on request an hour earlier from the airport by Suraj at departures. The vehicle itself was smooth without any issues, did not experience any problem whatsoever. Very professionally handled booking and verification process as well, thanks to Sameer who coordinated everything over the phone, would definitely use their services in the future, thank you!
