The process right from contacting to picking up the car to handing over was smooth. The car was in good condition but you are requested to take detailed videos before taking it so that everything is on record and a refundable deposit is kept until 7 days and I didn’t have to remind them of it but got it in my account without any deductions
The customer service was top-notch, with friendly team who made the process smooth and hassle-free. The cars are well-maintained, and though you might pay a few hundred rupees extra, the excellent mileage saved me a lot on fuel costs. My deposit was refunded exactly as promised.Keep up the amazing work. Will be in touch for future bookings.
