Official LG technician came to my home and checked my TV and told me that my motherboard needs to be replaced. And he gave me a huge budget of ₹10,000. I started looking for Tv Repair Near Me on Google to find out if I can find a solution in cheap cost. Some were saying they will repair the motherboard itself for ₹2500 but it can cause problems again in a few months! So then after a few calls here and there I come across Ms Electronics and message him my tv details including model number and serial number etc. he replies “ho jayega”. After that I call him, and he gives me the most generous free advice without trying to charge me any money (which he could have like all others) - he said since your tv WiFi and wired Ethernet cable is incapable of connecting your tv to the internet, why not purchase a fire stick? A light bulb turned on in my brain. I was like why haven’t I thought of this before?! Cuz I’m like a geek and I usually get ideas like these myself but it’s like he came in my life at the right time to advice me about this for free even though he could have charged me something to come, and repair/replace motherboard. He said the motherboard of my tv is expensive and rarely available in market so if some issue happens during repair, it’ll be hard to find another replacement for it. So I have now placed an amazon order for fire tv stick to solve this issue because of MS electronics! And my expense of 10,000 given to me by LG company for motherboard replacement has been solved in ₹1850 only - that too without him charging anything for this! Hence I was like I need to give him a genuine detailed review about this! So thank you soooo much! I’m always coming back to him for all my tv repair needs because he’s a truly genuine guy!
