X1 annual service was done with them. The team was very good in explaining the service requirements and parts which needs to be replaced. Pick-up and delivery was on time. The only thing which was missed - service history in the car doesn't get updated with the service done, may impact when you are planning to resale.
Extremely disappointed with MotoFyx. This experience has completely broken my trust.
I was quoted close to ₹20,000 for replacing front brake pads and front discs on my Volkswagen Polo. Out of concern, I cross-checked the same with an authorized Volkswagen service center—and to my shock, the complete job (including labour and GST) was quoted at under ₹10,000.
That’s almost DOUBLE the price for the exact same work.
This isn’t a small difference—it clearly feels like overpricing and a complete lack of transparency. Customers trust third-party service providers like MotoFyx expecting better pricing than authorized dealerships, not inflated bills that make no sense.
What’s worse is that I had previously serviced my car with them last year. After seeing this kind of pricing now, I genuinely question whether I was overcharged back then as well.
I refused to proceed this time, and honestly, I would strongly warn others: always cross-check before trusting them with your vehicle.
Very disappointing. Not recommended at all.
I recently trusted Motofyx with a full body paint job for my 15-year-old Volkswagen Vento, and the results are absolutely stunning. I am completely satisfied with the craftsmanship; the car looks no less than a factory-fresh vehicle straight off the showroom floor.
I want to give a special shout-out to the people who made this happen:
The Painters (Imtiyaz & Shafik): Their attention to detail is incredible. They did a truly commendable job with the finish and color matching. You can tell they take real pride in their work.
Service Advisor (Arun): Arun made the entire process stress-free. He kept me updated with timely photos and progress reports, so I was never in the dark about what was happening with my car.
If you’re looking to restore an older car to its former glory, I cannot recommend this team enough. Professional, transparent, and highly skilled!

Needed to get some body work done to refurbish my 8 year old Honda City, which was in perfect mechanical condition but worn out externally. Approached Motofyx after a lot of research.
Have collected my car back and am more than happy. Excellent craftsmanship, colour matching and overall service updates during the process. Add to that the attention to detail and willingness to complete the process without rushing.
Will strongly recommed MotoFyx for any body shop related job, especially for older vehicles.
