Very disappointing experience. In my case, the final bill became much higher than expected because several additional items and services were added. I had specifically requested that no extra work be carried out without informing me first, but I was not given a clear explanation or asked for approval before some charges were included.
The service center should clearly explain what is necessary, what is optional, and how much each item will cost before proceeding. Customers should not be surprised by a significantly higher bill at the end of the service.
I expect better transparency, communication, and customer consent before additional charges are added.
Pathetic Experience
They are here only to sell the service.

Worst service, very bad service atleast cleaning should be provided properly but the tires were unclean . Price is also high but service is not good. Plz do not visit. Just taking extra money but nothing is changed.
Fraud Alert. They charge double for everything under different heads. The service staff are rude and unprofessional. They treat the vehicles very badly. No care or concern. Absolutely shameless people working here. Honda India needs to cancel this dealership immediately. Conditions are pathetic and they will behave like they are doing you the greatest favour by just taking with you. Their useless appointment scheduling team will also call you repeatedly even after you have scheduled the appointment. Sales and service are both absolutely pathetic.
Had a very minor issue in my activa they told me this is needed ,that is needed ,they added custom and said it is needed too they gave me a bill of around 4000 of which my air filter was only 2 months old they changed it too, asked another mechanic and he said only 1 thing costing 250 was required and rest are just added and since i did my servicing few weeks ago those were not required total scam
