My friend recently had their mobile phone repaired at this shop due to a broken display. Unfortunately, the replacement display turned out to be a duplicate. To make matters worse, the repair has introduced network issues. Despite a payment of Rs 3000 for what was supposed to be an original display, the shop's staff is unresponsive to their concerns. The device now behaves unpredictably, and I strongly recommend that the shop prioritize the use of authentic parts over inferior duplicates. Honesty and transparency in their services are essential for maintaining the trust and satisfaction of their customers.
