Been using the chair for around 5 years, super comfortable and good for back, no back pain even after sitting on it for entire day.
I bought a Misuraa Xenon chair 2020 Chair is very comfortable for my back pain. Helps me adjust to my height and body shape. Also firm support for torso.
In 2024 my chair Arm rests god damaged and contacted with customer care they guide me and delivered the chair Arm rests it's easy to install by self
Customer service is very helpful and tries to help in any possible way to resolve issues.
Bought the Xenon midback chair and completely satisfied with it. It came as a box and got it fixed in less than 30 minutes and very easy. I loved the mesh model as there is no heat or sweat after continues sitting. Using it for the past 2 weeks and loving it.
