Worst customer journey & experience I have encountered. Let me chronologically tell you how this "Business" is messed up.
1. The company seems to operate with a "place an order on our website first, then we'll talk" mentality. Meaningful discussions or clarifications before purchase were difficult to have.
2. Communication is delayed. Queries and concerns were rarely addressed in a timely manner, making the entire process frustrating.
3. Even minor requests were categorized as "customizations", which immediately resulted in increased MOQs and higher costs. There appeared to be very little flexibility for reasonable customer requirements.
4. My order was outsourced to another printer without my knowledge. No sample print or production approval was shared before the full batch was printed. When questioned, I was informed that they do not provide sample prints for approval and instead proceed directly with the entire production run. This leaves customers at the mercy of receiving a finished order from a third-party vendor without any quality checks. Mindful Packaging also declined to perform quality checks on-site at their printing partner's facility. They asked me to do it after I had already received my order.
5. After sharing concerns regarding the sample box image, I received a courier tracking message within minutes. Instead of addressing the issue, discussing corrective actions, or seeking approval, the company proceeded to dispatch all 100 boxes without my confirmation. This demonstrated a complete disregard for customer feedback and approval.
6. Whenever I called for clarifications, I was connected to young designers who appeared to have limited technical knowledge of printing processes. At one point, they were unable to clearly explain the difference between offset printing and digital printing. More concerning was that screen printing was used on my corrugated box order, and the resulting print discrepancies were blamed to the box size rather than the printing process.
7.Despite repeatedly requesting to speak with a senior representative, my calls were simply passed from one individual to another. There appeared to be no structured customer grievance process, no ownership of the issue, and no effort to resolve concerns professionally. Neither do they offer to replace a bad batch, nor do they offer a refund.
Overall, the experience reflected poor communication, lack of transparency, inadequate quality control and an absence of customer-centric attitude.
I would urge everyone to think twice before working with them.

My order experience was bad. But some how I got the boxes I ordered. I paid 14rs with shipping for a box that i could get for 6-8rs. Just because I wanted to work with a sustainable company but when I received my boxes wrapped in huge amount of plastic I lost it. Crazy how ppl use sustainable just to earn brownie points.
Box Quality is good. Sustainable? Nope.
