⚠️ SECURITY WARNING: This product is unsafe to use because it requires sharing your email app password.
I signed up for a 2-month trial offered by Vijya Infotech at the Network FP event for ₹1100 + GST. After making the payment, there was no follow-up. Repeated calls to their sales team went unanswered and were not returned.
A manager later contacted me and assured me the issue would be resolved. However, when the technical team finally reached out for setup, I was informed that I would need to configure mail forwarding and share my email app password.
Sharing app passwords is a serious security risk and not an acceptable practice, especially for professionals handling sensitive or client data. This requirement was never disclosed at the time of sale.
When I declined to proceed with the setup due to these security concerns and requested a refund, the request was outright refused.
Overall, the experience reflects poor communication, lack of transparency, unsafe security practices, and inflexible customer handling. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging with this company.
