They gave what was available and not what I wanted.
I decided the brand, Tyre type and size and went to buy it. I ended up buying some other brand, not the tyre I asked of that brand and also the wrong size. And at 20 percent higher price compared to online price.
Visited to replace 2 rear tyres for my i20. The salesperson never clearly mentioned fitting or service charges and casually dismissed the price difference compared to online rates. The overall pricing felt on the higher side.
After tyre replacement, the wheel alignment was completely off. Even after multiple attempts by their team, it was still not corrected properly. What should’ve taken 30–40 minutes stretched to 3 hours, with my family waiting along.
Poor transparency, average technical work, and a long wait with no resolution. Definitely not the experience you expect from a professional tyre shop. Would not recommend.

The Service was Excellent & person I dealt was incredibly Humble & Trustworthy. it's not easy to Find such Honest any Down to earth these days . Highly Recommended for anyone looking for Quality Tyres & Genuine Service
I had wheel alignment and balancing done there. They charged 800 for the services. However, while balancing the wheels, they used old and rusted weights.
Visited this showroom after 2 years...all company tyres available at reasonable prices.
