Neither report was accurate nor was objective served. He stopped taking calls & no reply to Wapp message. So in my opinion the Metro detective agency is NOT reliable. I give 1* only. Very negative.

I had a very disappointing experience with Metro. Before taking the assignment and payment, they presented themselves as polite, professional, and trustworthy. However, once they received the payment, their behavior changed completely.
• They did not deliver the promised surveillance evidence or updates.
• They stopped answering calls and became completely unresponsive.
• When I requested a refund for the work they failed to complete, they refused outright.
It’s also worth noting that many of the positive reviews on their Google page appear fake, likely written by their own team to mislead potential clients.
I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, especially in a field where trust is paramount.
