Very good and prompt service. The team was cooperative and reached on time. Highly appreciated.
I booked the ambulance twice, first is to the hospital which was okayish.The 2nd time was after discharge, the ambulance sent was of some third party with Driver and the assitant- 2 young boys, their condition, ambulance condition, the stretcher condition - absolutely filthy. It loooked like they have come to pick up a dead body which I refused as the stretcher was in a pathetic condition.
Moreover, they do not give receipts/ Bills even after repeated reminders.
came late scammed us for 6k we couldn't save our loved one, they said 15 min n took 40min. took full advantage of our situation. never trust these guys

Ambulance came 1hour late from reporting time when there was no traffic on the roads as it wasn't rush hour. Even though I ordered a stretcher and mentioned patient cannot walk, they only sent 2 person with ambulance who had no clue how to put patient on stretcher from bed. Horrible service, untrained staff
