I want to share some honest feedback regarding yesterday’s event at ONE BKC, Bandra, organized by Meltwater Events.
Frankly, we are going back with a very bad experience. The facilities provided were extremely poor. Ideally, food stalls should have been placed in the shade near the Shiv Sagar food truck, where the crowd and footfall are better.
Because of the direct sunlight coming inside the stall and lack of proper arrangements, all our chutneys got spoiled, which is a big loss for us. Also, we were informed that two plug points would be provided, but unfortunately we received only one, which made it difficult for us to manage our food preparations.
As vendors who invest time, effort and money to participate in these events, we expect basic arrangements and fair stall placement.
Unfortunately, yesterday’s experience has been very disappointing.
Hope you will take this feedback seriously for future events.
