Really bad experience with mehul tiles related to delivery
Consistently delivering the material months later
Be careful with your work with mehul tiles
Very good service , the owner Jigna and Mehul are personally involved for after sales queries also . Overall great experience from Mehul side . Kajaria delivery and logistics from source needs improvement drastically .
I am building own house at Coimbatore. My Archt preferred Kajaria Aristo silver - Silky matt finish tiles size of 6 x 4. This tile is not available in cbe/south India. Nobody is ready to give sample and supply. So i got a Mehul tile, Mumbai number and approached them. They send me sample by courier and i placed order of 86 boxes and i recd it from Kajaria Kalahasti factory to Coimbatore site by direct vehicle. They supported very well and i am very happy now. No dealer is ready to do this supply. But Mehul tiles done this. Great sir . Thank u.
Though sales person was good but delivery was painful. They have no commitment to the customer about delivery. I had to keep on calling them..... Very sad experience
