Super experience with the product and also super quick customer service
Too much poor and non professional response. i had issue with Vap 100 steamer. company pickup immediately bit after 45 Day also not received replacement or refund. when we call they said it is out of stock. not responding at all. when We ask More they cut phone. too poor service. I m planning to fill complaint in consumer court against this company who is cheating customer

A benchmark service from the After-Sales customer service department. When I complained about a defective oral irrigator purchased from them, they ensured to pickup the item and then issue a new one door delivered to me, without any cost. No questions asked even aftet 6 months of usage. Most of the other companies don’t even bother to respond. Very impressive.
