Worst insurance I have ever used this is a 100% fraud and scam as they have no ethical or professional values in my case I had free approved my insurance which was later at the final settlement give me only 10% of cover where as I was approved for 70% and the preapproval the team says it is a mistake from our end but we cannot help you even if you have the approval the lady who told me this is pradnya and her senior Poornima.
Never trust MD India insurance.
Before going through the surgery I tried this insurance at multiple hospitals but they did not accept as they said ki insurance nahi chalega, now I understand by multiple hospitals or good time hospitals do not allow MD India insurance.
I taken term life from tata which has tie up with this company from 2 days I am scheduling for home visit no one visited and I have scheduled medical appointment yesterday at center and it's showed succesful will receive call from person in 2 hours and not received and they call before appointment time and saying no appointment is there. This is very pathetic service from this company.
MD India is one of third class Mediclaim insurance company I am waiting for Refund from hospital and Mediclaim company has got all documents from company but still it’s been 8 months there is no refund has been received please before you buy Mediclaim from anybody ask for third party insurance company if it’s MD INDIA PLEASE DONT BUY INSURANCE FROM THEM ITS THIRD CLASS TPA
Our company has tie up with them. Once you send your documents they won't update even until 7days of confirmed message from courier that document was received. They mail for additional documents but when you send the documents as reply no response. You try calling customer care they have only visibility of website as we have. I then couriered the additional documents (kyc) that they had requested. It was received yesterday but still the portal shows pending for additional documents. It 14days period is over they said claim will reject on mail. Whom do I contact now.? A approved amount is not disbursed as they wanted kyc document and then no communication.
If your Oriental Insurance Mediclaim Policy has MD India as the Third Party Administrator (TPA) and if you residence is in Mumbai, this is the only office for submitting your Claim File, either personally or via Courier. Ms. Radhika, Executive, was courteous and resolved all my queries. Security guard at the entrance recorded my visit. A day prior, Mr. Prakash Terdale, Vice President, answered my call and provided satisfactory resolution for Claim submission. Overall, a good first impression.
