Extremely poor experience with Makvolt Power Pvt. Ltd. — Defective product, zero accountability, and complete negligence.
I had purchased a 3KV UPS from Makvolt Power Pvt. Ltd., and from the very beginning, it was faulty and kept failing. After multiple complaints and service visits (3–4 times), the UPS was never replaced despite repeated requests.
A few months ago, this same UPS caught fire all of a sudden at my office, causing burn damage to my walls and destroying the head and motherboard of my DTF printing machine along with other parts. Luckily, no one was injured — but it could have been a serious fire accident.
I immediately informed Makvolt, shared CCTV footage of the incident, and even sent the UPS to their office as they requested for inspection. Since then, there has been no response, no report, no visit, and no concern from their side.
When I finally managed to reach them, they casually said they don’t deal in small UPS units anymore and are busy with foreign projects — showing complete disregard for customer safety and responsibility.
This kind of attitude and negligence is unacceptable, especially from a company dealing in electrical equipment that can endanger lives and property.
Highly disappointed and would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this brand.
