This is fraud company, they sent a maid which left us midway in 6 months, without informing while we were alsep in our bedrooms. We did police complaint as well. Now these people are not providing maids nor are they refunding out money back. We soon shall reach with police to their doors. Their maid service is not reliable at all. I had given their reference to one of my friend. Got to know that maid too left midway. Our home is like training centre for them.

Pathetic agency with unprofessional and dishonest staff.
This agency is a complete scam. They promised a 7-day trial, but began pressuring for full payment within just 2 days, citing their so-called "medical problem and funds crunch." Trusting them in good faith, we paid — big mistake.
They sent us a maid claiming to be 39 years old forged age on Aadhaar card print out but was clearly looking much older . This is document forgery. On top of that, there was no police verification provided despite asking multiple times , which is a serious safety concern.
Within a week we realised The maid had zero training despite claims of being “tutored.” She didn’t know how to cook, iron, or do basic household work. When we asked for a replacement, they made endless promises but never followed through.
Their representative Biswajit kept giving false assurances, and now doesn’t even answer calls. The so-called agency owner, Rehman, called us once on Day 1 and then disappeared. His number is now switched off or unreachable.
Please be warned — do not fall for their fake promises or glowing reviews (most of which seem fake).
They are cheaters and frauds. Took one month commission and now not refunding despite using their help only for few days .
Avoid this agency at all costs .
