Very disappointing experience with Randhawa Motors, Vikhroli. I booked a Mahindra XUV 7XO AX7T Diesel Manual on 19 March 2026 and was promised a delivery timeline of 4 weeks. However, even after the committed period has passed, there is still no clear update on delivery.
Multiple follow-ups with the dealership have only resulted in vague responses and no transparency regarding allocation or expected handover date. As a customer, one expects honesty, commitment, and proper communication during such an important purchase. Delivery timeline is being changed from April to May 1st week and then again 3rd week. I visited the showroom 2 days ago and the manager is saying delivery won't happen till Sep 2026 and told me that I can cancel the booking if I want to. This is the level of professionalism shown by Randhawa motors.
Mahindra is a trusted brand, but the dealership experience has been frustrating and unprofessional so far. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer communication and commitment handling.
Would appreciate immediate attention and resolution.
If someone is writing positive reviews about this dealership then that’s absolutely bogus. Either they might have begged the customer to write a positive review or created a fake ID to write one. Confidently making this statement because they are extremely bad at treat their customers and the staffs that work there do not know what professionalism is. It’s the brand and the cars that sell on its own. I have personal experience buying a Thar Roxx from this outlet and it was extremely unpleasant. Once when the full money is paid to them the roller coaster ride begins where they avoid phone calls, do not respond properly even if the calls are answered. Even during the delivery day there was literally no one to attend and the agent who was supposed to handle the delivery process turned up after an hour. They don’t deliver Fasttag for which they charge and not take any owner ship. I was assigned with an agent Prince in this outlet who is equally unprofessional and lethargic about overall approach. If you are focused on log on the car and ready to face challenges then go ahead with this outlet.

Their response to my sales inquiry is extremely poor. I suspect they’re overwhelmed with sales and struggling to manage new inquiries. I’m hesitant to mention an individual’s name as it might affect them.
Despite two visits (with a long wait time at the dealership to establish a first interaction) and several phone and WhatsApp follow-ups, they haven’t been able to arrange a test drive of the Thar Roxx in Mumbai.
