I am floored by the level of service and attitude of the whole team at NBS International - Mahindra showroom at Chowpatty, Mumbai. I had my most pleasant vehicle booking and delivery experiences I have ever had in all my instances of buying a car. My sales advisor, Mr. Siddhesh Walinjkar was extremely knowledgable and courteous, where one can feel that he is completely trustworthy in his advice. Mr Kiran Pawar, in his absence was also same and helpful. Ms. Priti Bambras - in charge of accessories was also very meticulous and efficient in planning and delivering the accessories. Mr Sunil Gupta explained the complicated features of my new EV vehicle with details and very knowledgable. Mr. Omkar Shinde from the used car division was very prompt and polite.To head it all was Ms. Sangeeta Boga, the head of the showroom. Very efficient and effective.
All these above and also all other staff maintain a very friendly and professional atmosphere of the showroom. They have given very specific commitments and delivered EXACTLY or in most matters - before the time, in a very short period and one can make out they have gone the extra mile to deliver the same in tight timelines.
I completely appreciate all the efforts by the team at NBS Showroom at Chowpatty and now look forward to same levels of standards at there service station.

Abhay is a star of the showroom. He has helped me right from the beginning that is from from enquiry till the delivery. He spent a lot of time with us and gave us very good suggestions. He did not attend to us from the view of selling the car but he gave us very honest suggestions. I must say that i have had the best service in this showroom.
