Very bad experience the boss and staff not bother to customer i recommend never buy from these shop and the price double the product

Well stocked shop but the staff appear absolutely disinterested in serving customers. Visited the shop during non peak hours and the staff didn't care to even respond to my requests and kept doing their own thing. Kept requesting repeatedly and one of the staff member asked a tea delivery boy who had just entered to deliver tea to the staff to assist me with my request. The tea delivery boy in turn asked another staff member to help me but the staff member just walked away as if no customer existed in the shop. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour
Bed experience very rude behaviour they given warranty but it’s part damage they are charges for it.
Shopkeeper was arrogant and spoke to me as if I had no knowledge about the tools i wanted to buy. Tried selling corded equipment as cordless. And the purchased tool broke down in 2 days of basic use. Very bad experience. Should have rather ordered better quality tool online. It was a mistake to buy from here. Not recommended at all
