Absolutely horrendous company. All their valves leak. We made the mistake of ordering from them at one of our sites. We have tried to contact them multiple times and they have REFUSED to replace the faulty, leaky, garbage valves they sell. We requested them to come visit our site and take a look at their valves, they REFUSED. Completely unprofessional and horrible management. We have replaced all valves that they have supplied to us from another vendor to ensure our project moves on smoothly. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMPANY.

We have been in the business for 40 years and have completed numerous projects. Anyone who is in this industry will agree, that if products supplied that are installed have defects, the company needs to send someone to site. We also showed your team on video what was wrong with the valves. I messaged your managing director on LinkedIn, he viewed my profile (I got the notification) and then he didn’t respond. This is very unprofessional and pathetic behavior. We have removed these leaky, substandard valves you supplied and used a reputable make of valves for our project.
If you are really interested in making it right, tell me where I can throw your faulty valves and return all my money.
