Pathetic Service!!!
My brother had a conversation over the phone regarding our water purifier service, where the charges were clearly discussed. However, when the technician arrived, he started demanding extra money that was never mentioned during the call.
When we questioned this, he began arguing and raising his voice, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional behavior. Instead of resolving the issue respectfully, he chose to create unnecessary conflict.
Due to this experience, we have informed our society security not to allow them entry into our premises in the future.
Extremely disappointed with the service and the way this matter was handled.
Never recommending to anyone.
Worst experience ever. They speaking something else on call and tries to con after coming at home. Never trust a business like this. The person was literally fighting after coming to house.
Left water purifier opened and didn't even bothered to fit. Extremely unprofessional.
