Very disappointing experience with this shop. We purchased bags from here, and later requested an exchange. We were willing to take uniform instead of the bags, but the shop refused and said exchanges are only allowed for bags, not for other items.Overall, a bad experience — definitely not recommended.
Not trust worthy for school bags... Expensive bags and dint even worked for a month (just 2nd std book) not heavy books. .... gave for repair they took 4 stitches like a cobbler and returned. Again same problem and they said guarantee is for out fabric and not for inner fabric...
All is good about the M 10 uniforms except that nobody ever bother to pick up the call and at times have seen the ph is kept aside only so as to avoid picking. Working parents always prior calls to make sure the availability so humble request to atleast reply to the call instead of keeping it ringing.
Rude staff. School started but uniforms are not received. If they can't delivered on the product they should not connect with all the schools.
My baby has moved in primary section but because of the still wearing here pre primary uniform to school.
Traveling to store 3 times is hectic, on phone they don't answer properly and says come to store and check
The school dress quality is good, however they try to sell goods of different sizes in case they dont have stock, i have personally experienced this and also some other friends.
Schools have monopoly to buy it from some vendors .
The cost is slightly higher but overall it is good. If u wan to save some money then buy shoes from other stores as they took rs. 800 for a nursery child campus shoe.
