This app may look good at first, but once you invest, you’re on your own. Their Money Buddy team simply doesn’t respond after your money is in. I was assigned to someone munmun transfer my chat named Anchal or Arti (not sure exactly) after my case was “transferred,” but no one bothered to reply.
Chat support is just for show they don’t respond for hours or days, and even then you get copy-paste answers with no real help. Before investment, they message instantly; after investment, it’s complete silence.worst employee attitude. I’ve never seen such unprofessional behaviour in a financial platform. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this app at all costs.
