My payment got deducted twice - complained on their whats app no as they cannot be contacted by any other way. Pathetic response and customer care. No response from Luzo Team. Beware as I think its a scam for making money as they provide discount for 200 Rs but take 2500 extra from you
I had a very disappointing experience with luzo app and its customer service. I rescheduled my appointment but the update was not reflecting in the app. I tried to connect customer care more than 10 times but there was no proper response. One of the representatives answered the call and assured me that she would check the issue and call back within 5 minutes
However, I neither received the call back nor any solution to my problem.
This level of service is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Would strongly advise to avoid using such apps where customer concerns are not taken seriously
I am forced to give at least a 1-star rating in order to post the review others I would have rated this experience zero
Amazing app it also helps find you great offers in the salon near by. It really helps you relax by making it easy to get an appointment.
