The ambience is good clean , staff members are really attentive and friendly. I have done nails twice from here and i don’t think so i will ever move on with the arts done by Kajal. She is really sweet and also the hair was done by Nisarth( sorry if its wrongly spelled) but he was too really good. I will highly recommend everyone just go for it.

I recently got global plus highlights done here by Mahesh, and I’m really happy with the results! He took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and made sure he understood the look I was going for before starting.

The service was excellent from start to finish. He is professional, patient, and attentive, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I especially appreciated how they explained the process and ensured the highlights blended beautifully with my hair.

Aarti does just amazing beauty services !! And best part head massage of just few 5 mins what they give during hair do… the warm treatment by all employees…. Highly appreciated. Nikita has been very sweet with appointments and try best for quick services. Best part is the amount of employees they have hence you are never left unattended. Love it and should try it !!

I had an absolutely delightful experience with Kajal from Lookout Salon. She truly understands the art of nail designing — from colours, textures, finishes, to style combinations. What I appreciated most was her patience; she took her time helping me select the right shades, discussed designs in detail, and made sure every choice matched my preferences perfectly. Her calm approach, attention to detail, and genuine passion for her work reflect beautifully in the final outcome. I walked out extremely happy and confident with my nails. I recently did a Facial, Hair Color, and Hair Spa here. The place is super clean and hygienic, but the services are a complete rip-off for the price they charge.

I paid ₹7,500 for a facial and it was extremely disappointing. I clearly told the aesthetician that my skin is sensitive and that I wanted a facial focused on massage, not layers of thick face packs. Unfortunately, she did the exact opposite — it was just a series of face packs with long waiting periods under them (over 40 minutes!). She neither did any proper blackhead or whitehead extraction, nor did my skin look any cleaner afterward. The massage was minimal and had no pressure at all — it didn’t even feel like she was touching my skin. For such a steep price, it was an absolutely poor experience.

The hair color and hair spa were handled by Nisarg, who did a great job, and was very professional. Did an amazing job to my hair, with his knowledge and the type of hair I have. However, I was disappointed to find that Salon only offers two hair color brands, none of which are ammonia-free. The L’Oréal color cost ₹6,500, and the hair spa ₹3,000 — again, way overpriced.

Even after a 30% discount, my total bill was ₹12,000, which still felt unjustified for the type of service.

To top it off, the checkout experience was unprofessional. They asked if I could pay half in cash because their “credit card machine wasn’t working” — but magically it worked when I refused. Clearly, they were just trying to avoid card transaction fees.

Overall: Clean salon, but prices are inflated for the type of the service they provide. The offerings doesn’t match the rates, and the professionalism at checkout is questionable.
I will never return unless prices and service standards are fixed.
