We had a issue of 2 laminates. We raised a ticket and the process to order laminates took almost a month.
The technician, Jamil who arrived to do the fittings was knowledgeable and helped with correct color selection of the laminates. He also fixed the glass door closures which we were using since a year since no one fixed it earlier from livspace team.
We are happy with his service.
Good experience overall. The designer understood our needs well and provided a clean, functional design for our 2 BHK flat. Communication was smooth and the concepts were practical. Happy with the design work.
