Manager who will trap with onspot discount will never be available again. Other managers also only for name sake..
They will fake promises n u will be left alone with one consultant in the end on one WhatsApp group. They pass on work to very local vendors. They will extract all payment from u before work. Also charges in lacs as “consultation fee” other than interior work, which u will not receive. You will keep chasing them all through out for ur work to be done asap but there will be delays after delays..
Then they will tell you number of excuses in the name of company policy, when u will say that u were not told all this. They will say “everything is on website, u should have read the policy before paying”… compensation policy is worst of all.. “500 rs vouchers that too u should buy their products only”- can u believe this against the kind of charges they charge..
They commit nothing in written is the “whole trick” so u have nothing against them..
Finally u will be trapped having paid them… They take complete payment even before they do any modular work at ur home…
Beware of these fake, ruthless, emotional less, harassing company…
They take no responsibility for what so ever n will put blame on customer.
Basically customer is like a passing ball later…
Having done complete payment u will end up completely harassed and finally accepting whatever kind of work they do for u.. or u keep playing email email n WhatsApp with them…

We had a very bad experience with this interior design company. They charged a high amount and promised customized furniture and premium quality work, but delivered poor-quality furnishings and substandard finishing.

Being NRIs, we trusted them to manage everything professionally in our absence, but that trust was misused. The work did not match what was promised or approved. Their team made many promises during the sales process, but once the payment was done, they said the promised furniture was not available or could not be customized. This was never mentioned earlier and no proper solutions were provided.

For the price we paid, this level of quality and service is unacceptable. We would not recommend this company, especially to anyone managing their project from abroad.

The experience with Livspace was very good. They completed the work properly within the promised timeline. Even without visiting personally, I received regular updates from time to time. Because of the suggestions they gave, the work turned out very well.
