Cheaters !!!
Liberty Insurance Company is a fraud! They dont honour their Quote.
They gave a quote of Rs 12,044 with validity till 04th Mar and jacked up the same in 3 days by 27% without giving any reasons. What is their validity? Cheaters!!!
Never trust them, please see their reviews. I am taking their cheating in all forums.
This is a very useless company, and I had made my insurance claim from this insurance company for the first time, but I did not get my claim, there are many reasons behind this, like the agent thought that I had got my car into an accident somewhere and had come to check the claim, where the car had a damage of 20k, then the company's agent (@Pramod Dobriyal, Dehradun) gave a claim of only 8k, the rest of the work of 10k would have to be done by me by paying my own money, and this is when I had taken insurance of 14k, my car is i20. So I will say that I did not see the reviews before taking the insurance.
Unfortunately I am not able to attach photos to this, otherwise I would have shown you how my car was damaged and what work they have done.
And I will try my best that no one else gets cheated like I have been cheated by this. Therefore, I will share it on my other social platforms also.
Absolutely pathetic service. Wish would give negative rating . My dad who is a senior citizen is daily calling them for update for insurance amount that we paid 10 days ago every time we call them they say amount is received but it’s in progress so receipt received not yet also they not taking responsibility if my chance got caught. Would highly not recommend them to any one . Worst worst worst … insurance company ever absolutely fraud and pathetic service
Poor communication and a complete lack of follow-up. This company does not prioritize their customers' claims. Highly dissatisfied.
One of the Worst Insurance Experiences I’ve Ever Had
Absolutely terrible experience with Liberty Insurance. From the start, the communication was disorganised and unprofessional. Getting a claim processed was like pulling teeth, endless delays, repeated requests for the same documents, and zero accountability from their team.
Customer service is non-existent every time I called, I was passed from one agent to another, none of whom had any clue about the status of my case. Promises were made and broken repeatedly, and it honestly felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid paying out the claim I was rightfully entitled to.
It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company that shows such little regard for its customers' time, money, or peace of mind. Avoid Liberty Insurance at all costs — you’ll thank yourself later.
