Seat covers, a steering wrap, floor lamination, and a window chrome kit were purchased for the Ertiga.
The leather quality of the seat covers is good, and the fitting is also done nicely, giving the interior a clean look. However, one issue noticed is with the second-row seats — the seat cover completely blocks the seat lever, and there is no proper provision or cut-out to access it. This makes it inconvenient to use.
Since multiple items were purchased (seat covers, floor lamination, steering wrap, and chrome kit), there was no bargaining on the price. Instead, only a small complimentary perfume was requested.
Additionally, when inquiries were made about other accessories, the pricing quoted was higher than the market rate. For example, a room LED light that is easily available in the market for ₹50 was quoted as ₹70, and then it was said, “for you, it will be ₹60.” On top of that, ₹50 was asked for installation, even though it is a simple DIY product. Therefore, it was not installed there.
Earlier, a 5-star rating was given because of insistence to rate the service 5 stars. However, after noticing these issues, a more honest rating felt appropriate at 3.5 stars.
Overall, the seat cover quality and fitting are good, but pricing transparency and attention to small practical details could be improved.
