Hiring Lata Cleaning Services was a total nightmare. If you care about your home, your sanity, and your safety, stay far away from this business. They left my sofa looking way worse than before they started.

Here is exactly what went wrong:
Ruined My Sofa: Their idea of "cleaning" is a joke. They used filthy, cheap cloths that bled dye all over my sofa, leaving huge, ugly stains everywhere.

Dirtied My Entire House: Far from actually cleaning anything, they tracked dirt around and left the rest of my house messier and dirtier than it was before they arrived.

Aggressive & Bullying Staff: The workers sent to my house behaved like literal thugs. They aggressively demanded extra money for a carpet cleaning they never even did, and they flat-out refused to leave my house when I called them out on it.

The Owner Didn't Care: When I called the owner to complain, he was just as rude and aggressive. He took absolutely zero responsibility and casually told me the situation "wasn't his problem."

This business is unprofessional, dishonest, and uses intimidation tactics. Instead of cleaning your home, they will ruin your furniture, mess up your space, and harass you inside your own house. I have already warned my entire society WhatsApp/building group about them so no one else falls into this trap

This company destroyed my father’s legacy Gas to for no reason. I don’t understand what kind of hated they had just because Ladies give instructions Ladies you all to our home so that Ladies will only say no, why so much for no reason that’s why they were again and again, keeping it behind Gas now because they had broken it so much. They harass us for no reason they were giving bad words and all and screaming loudly, just because I’m an old woman, putting horror Music
Secondly, these are fake people. They don’t even pick up call once the service is done and they they broke my gas stove and it costed around 2500. They broke the gas knob, purposely and owner is a fraud. After that he doesn’t pickup call
Legal action should be taken on the Services because these people are not even trained and they are lying and faking

Please dont call them.
They are a bunch on untrained people who scream and argue.
This is a fraud company and ended up getting more stains.
After payment they are asking extra for what diwali payment .
Plus leaving their things and we need to call them.
Complete stress it was calling them.
Brushes and everything
It was a stress for me and my mother.

Plus they were bossing around because we were ladies. Secondly if they didnt want to work where ladies tell and if they have attitude they could have left from the door.
They were hating to work and putting some music, screaming loudly. Even we had option of ladies we would have choosen ladies

I have called vigor their through my daughter and regret having called them for service. There is no expertise, no machine except a vacuum cleaner, no liquid used, no supervisory team to check on their employees performance, very lazy and took full money. Please believe a senior citizen is taken for granted. Pl think before engaging them for service.
