Outstanding Performance on Systems Integration in Telecom , Electronic Security, and AV & Pro AV solutions interms of Sales & Service.
I visited this location as part of a Google location verification task to check whether the business is open or closed. I was polite, followed protocol, and clearly explained the purpose of my visit.
Instead of simply refusing or explaining if they were uncomfortable, the lady at the office behaved in an outright rude, arrogant, and humiliating manner. I was spoken to as if I was begging or wasting their time. At one point, I was practically chased out.
The irony is that one of their own staff initially allowed me inside, and only afterward the tone suddenly changed to hostility. This shows internal mismanagement and lack of basic professionalism.
Success clearly hasn’t taught them basic manners. They seem to believe respect is reserved only for customers who bring money, while outsiders can be treated like dirt.
Businesses should remember that Google visibility is a privilege, not a birthright. If this is how they treat people involved in verification and operations, I seriously question how they treat others behind closed doors.
Owner’s reply is misleading and requires clarification:
First, I did present my official identification, and your own staff member allowed me into the reception area.
If my presence was genuinely a security concern, the correct professional response would have been a polite refusal at the entrance, not allowing entry first and then escalating the situation aggressively.
Let me be clear: being firm is not the issue—being rude is.
Security protocols do not justify a hostile tone or humiliating behavior. A simple, respectful statement such as “We cannot proceed without prior authorization” would have resolved the matter immediately. That did not happen.
You repeatedly mention confidentiality and data protection. Please clarify what confidentiality is compromised by photographing publicly visible products that are openly sold in a store listed on Google Maps. Public listings exist specifically for visibility. If even basic product visibility is considered a “privacy risk,” then listing the business publicly contradicts that claim.
I have conducted verification visits at many large, professionally managed organizations, and none handled the situation in this manner. Professional environments enforce rules without arrogance or aggression. What occurred here was not professionalism—it was poor conduct later justified with corporate language.
Most concerning is that even now, instead of acknowledging that the situation could have been handled better, your response fully defends the behavior and denies any fault. That attitude mirrors exactly what was experienced on-site.
This was a service-related verification visit intended to support platform accuracy, not an intrusion. Firm policies do not excuse disrespect. Accountability is not optional.
