Worst experience, completely unprofessional & no work ethics. Their sales executive Mr. Rahul Shirke (not sure true name, this is as told by him) kept harassing me by putting unwanted messages on my WA just because I didn't renew car insurance using his service. I've complete chat history with me, he was even fine for me to reach his seniors with complaint, so wondering how they work. Based on this experience, strongly recommend to avoid them at all cost and save yourself from running into post sales issues.
They told they will activate Practo plus membership after policy, they didn’t activated,
Cheater company swapnali upadhye giving fake commitments from past six months.
Whenever I ask she will tell I will check.

Recently renewed my car insurance with the help of Landmark Insurance Broker. One of the reasons for coming back to Landmark is the excellent service provided by Aniruddha. He helped me with several quotes and different add-ons. Thanks Anniruddha, for the hasslefree and seamless renewal experience a d explaining the various claises in detail.
If there is a zero star I would have given zero. I am a the policy boss agent but no service at all. Every time RM gets changed. Many times I was with customer and to clear some doubt no one is available to help. They don’t care about customer. I have suffered a lot because of their services. I am seriously suggesting each every customer or agent do not deal with policy boss. They are careless and very unprofessional. Go with ICICI Lombard or with Policy Bazaar but avoid this cheap policy boss
