I have been a loyal and regular customer of Lakme Salon, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I had gone for eyebrows and upper lips, and the service by Pooja was very poor. My eyebrows were done badly, and for the upper lips, I specifically asked her to do a peel-off, but she didn’t do it correctly and even applied it under my nose. I literally cried taking it off.
If staff members are not properly trained for such sensitive services, they should not be assigned this work. I expect much better standards from Lakme Salon, and this experience has left me very dissatisfied.
I did protein spa by Rajesh and candy crush mani padi by Bhagwan ji here, it was an refreshing experience, specially the massages, head massage and hand leg massages was the best part of the service. The staff here is also very warm and polite. I did mani padi for the first time and I loved it, will definitely come here often.
