the staff is great and i used to be a regular customer, but the manager rajen is so incredibly incompetent, rude ! doesn’t honour appointment times, makes customers wait continuously saying 5 mins, 10 mins etc. he asked me to come at 5 pm sharp, and at 5.10 his employee told him it’ll take another 30 minutes.
he’s too busy on his phone at all times not working. i’d love to come back when he leaves.
Had a lovely experience getting a haircut with Pranali. It was my first time getting bangs and she really got me all comfortable and let me feel confident in the haircut she gave me.
I left feeling super cute and happy! I would a 100% recommend her.
Was extremely happy with hair massage and hair cut by Amol More.
Manicure and Pediicure by Preeti was very good.

I really like Lakmé Salon because of its clean and comfortable environment. The staff is friendly, professional, and listens carefully to what the customer wants. The services are of good quality and give satisfying results, especially haircuts and skincare treatments. They use branded products and maintain proper hygiene, which makes the experience pleasant and trustworthy. Overall, my experience at Lakmé Salon was very good, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
I booked this salon for hair coloring and facials as I was travelling in the area.
I am very satisfied with my hair coloring, Saadiq did my treatment and explained everything end to end, he also showed me how to maintain my treatment and hair health over time. I would give Saadiq 5 stars.
We also booked a facial for my mom at the same time. We went for one treatment, after it they told us the price was 4x higher than what we had agreed on booking, "because of all the treatments provided". This felt dishonest and fraudulent. They also did not provide an itemised receipt.
I would absolutely not recommend facial care with them for this reason.
One challenge we also faced was low predictability over the timing for each treatment. "You will end in 10-15 min" was followed by a waiting time of 1 hour. This was stressful because we were travelling afterwards. I had to cancel one treatment because of time.
If you book any service with them, do account for 30-40% extra time than they claim something might take.

Had a very good experience at the salon. Very clean and hygienic place. My server Yogesh Maheshkar was exceptionally helpful and skilful. He took his time with my service and I highly recommend him for manicure and pedicure.
