I worked at Kserve BPO Ltd. for around 10 months, and this review is completely based on my personal experience.
The biggest issue I faced was the work environment. The air conditioners were not functioning properly from the time I joined the company, and during summer it became extremely difficult for employees to work comfortably on the floor. Many employees were struggling because of the heat and poor ventilation.
The administration and maintenance standards were also disappointing. Even the condition of the floor carpets was poor, and temporary tape fixes were being used instead of proper maintenance. It did not feel like a professional workspace environment.
Salary-wise, the company offers lower pay compared to other BPOs in the market for similar roles and workload.
In terms of career growth, I personally did not see many opportunities. There are employees who have been working in the same role for 3–4 years without promotions, recognition, or proper skill development opportunities.
Due to these reasons and the overall work environment, I eventually decided to leave the company without serving the notice period because I was no longer able to continue working there.
Another thing I personally observed was that many of the 5-star Google reviews do not seem genuine. Employees were reportedly asked to use their phones to post positive reviews, which makes the online ratings feel misleading compared to the actual workplace experience.
I hope the management seriously works on employee welfare, workplace conditions, and growth opportunities in the future.
