Since I’ve known Prashant from KS Seva, I’m at ease about moving my grandmother downstairs or upstairs in our building, which lacks an elevator. I am writing this feedback after experiencing over a month of services from the KS Arogya Seva Pvt Ltd (KSPL) team. No one is ever truly prepared for a hospitalization in the family, but life sometimes presents challenges that we must face. During one such time for our family, I connected with the KSPL team.
Both Prashant Sir and Hema Ma’am have been incredibly kind and supportive, making what could have been a difficult journey much smoother. From setting up hospital equipment at home and providing all necessary consumables, to arranging a full-time nurse and offering on-call doctor support, they truly provided comprehensive solutions for all our needs.
A special mention to Prashant Sir—on a few stressful occasions at home, he responded swiftly and with great care, resolving issues just in time.
I am deeply grateful to the entire KSPL team for their compassion and professionalism. God bless the KS Arogya Seva Pvt Ltd (KSPL) team for their invaluable support.
