Found this company to have a very stiff upper lip, unco-operative, in-conducive to doing business extending to being literally unprofessional. The proprietor Mahendra Sanghvi does not return calls, nor answers queries on e mail even after a month and had an employee Bharat advising me to buy material from some other company. I shall surely heed his advice and look for 2 Metric tonnes of Copper requirement elsewhere & definitely not buy from this Company..
